For the Mailo Land tenure system
Submit the County, Block & Plot number.
For the Leasehold Land tenure system
Submit the Leasehold Register Volume & Folio Number.
For the Freehold Land tenure system
Submit the Freehold Register & Folio No Volume & Folio Number.
After the correct Land description is submitted to the system, a service fee payment is billed from the customer.
Upon successful submission of Land Description Details and payment, the search is processed in 24 working hours and an Authenticated report is issued to the customer in soft and hard copies.
